Seems like forever, once again

Well I’ve easilly forgotten about my “once-weekly” post yet again and once again I shall type, I’ll try to post updates weekly.

Right now, I am in Leander, TX visiting my mother. It’s been an alright visit, I’ve enjoyed the time with my mom, we’ve gone to “schilterbahns” or something spelled like that, and it’s supposedly the #1 waterpark in USA and it was fun =) I also just got back from a week in South Dakota. I went and saw Mount Rushmore. It was beautiful but completely different from my mind. I didn’t expect there to be a “memorial” center in front of it, I always pictured just rocks and dirt in front of it stretching for ways and I also imagined the presidents heads to be larger, but it was still a beautiful patriotic experience for me that I enjoyed.

I’ve been working on my music a little lately, hoping to get back to North Carolina with a full album to record. I unfortunately only have one song completely written and most of the rest of the songs have no lyrics and only titles for me to run off of. To listen to my music, just visit the myspace at www.myspace.com/zpumusic I decided to make the songs available for download finally since I’ve started this whole little side project of mine. Maybe this will spread the delight of my random-offensive-disastrous music a little bit =P or maybe not =(

But it’s not that important as school is coming up in 2-3 weeks and I don’t have my schedule yet or any school supplies, go Billiam =D I have adopted Billiam as my nickname since it has been given to me by my friend Greyson. Billiam is the offspring of my name “William” and the nickname of William, “Bill” to form Billiam. I’ve always had it in my head since I was a little kid, but it never seemed right, so I kept it in the corner of my thoughts and now it’s finally dawn upon me and it’s stuck =)

It’s 2:17 so I need to try to go to sleep. Hopefully I won’t have too much trouble with that, and hopefully I won’t have too much trouble remembering to update this blog more often. Night.

It’s been a while…

Well, it’s been a while since I’ve posted a blog. Since my absence, I’ve gone through a wigger state, gotten in massive trouble, moved from Japan back to North Carolina, and now back to my old metal head, country-boy, self.

Unfortunately, since I’ve been back, I haven’t done much in PhotoShop. I’ve been trying to work on web sites but every time I try, if I don’t get something going and keep it going, then I simply quit. I have been able to make some signatures still and I’ve adapted a new style for making them. I’ve been using more smudge and C4D+layer blending in my signatures and experimenting with filters and stock images. An example of one of my latest signatures:

That’s all I’m going to post tonight. I’m glad I actually remembered my password to here and I hope to actually keep this updated weekly.

What a mistake I made

Well today I had a half-day at school because of exams so I went to my old school, Lester Middle School. Unfortunately, there were lookouts who weren’t letting high-schoolers on unless they had a pass that they can only get by having a previous arrangement with the teacher their going to see. When I went there, the guy was ignorant and didn’t hear that I wanted to see Ms. Helms. He thought I wanted to see someone named “Vitchbery” and then we were kicked out for not having an appointment. Tyler and I walked around the school 2½ times and then we were told we weren’t allowed to walk around the school without passes so we went back to the office where a different person asked us who we wanted to see and then called and I was allowed to go but Tyler had to leave. I went to Ms. Helms room to find two other kids and my friend Mehdi. After I went with Mehdi to see our old science teacher, Ms. Miller, I went home to get my laptop and bring it back. When I got back, I sat down in a chair by her computers and made a design to use for her web page. Unfortunately I ran into an extremely foolish problem where I inserted an iFrame where her site content would go but I forgot to close the tag with a “” which separated everything and stretching the images. After spending an hour of making the specific sizes of the table cells I finally saw the iFrame row in the code and I noticed the mistake and fixed it finally. There are still some minor problems with the page presentation but I just need to fix the banner cell size. I plan to make more designs to present to Ms. Helms and when I’m done and she picks the design, I’ll post a picture of the design until I get my portfolio set up.

That is all for today. I’m going to play Gears of War for a little bit and then I’ll start on one idea for a design I have in my head that I think will work a lot better then the current design because this one will be much cleaner and simpler then the current one.

I got a job

Well today I was walking around listening to T.I. and just doing various physical courses when I went up to Lester Middle School and went upstairs when a teacher was coming downstairs so I asked her if Ms. Helms(My 7th grade drama teacher) was still at school and she couldn’t remember but she unlocked the door and let me in and Ms. Helms was in her class room working on grades. I went in and we talked for a few minutes catching up on my grades, her son, and why I didn’t choose to do drama in high school. Eventually during our conversation, I brought up how I’m doing web design at this time and she asked me if I could redesign her teacher page as she’s been wanting to take some pictures off but doesn’t know how(which is simple but she pointed out that her generation is a “point-and-click” generation) and I of course said I’d redesign her web page. Now I only need to find out what she specifically wants but I should find that out Friday.

That is all for today. Once I get done with her request I’ll work more on FreeWill Design and hopefully get a portfolio page up which will show my work.

Naruto

@Fliplowfella: I’m sorry to bring up good times but I’m going to go ahead and post this. Also, I won’t be able to get you the spicy chicken as it would take too long and the spicy chicken would go bad.

Now for the blog. Today is Tuesday, the day where Naruto comes on at 4pm. Today, me and my friend Yotna watched Naruto and discussed it over MSN Messenger during the commercials. Todays episode was mostly about the sand village and Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara had began training a group of children and Gaara was only chosen by one child who has a past with one of the weapons at the table that she can choose from. This leads to the child picking a spiked club which is too heavy for the child to carry thus leading to Gaara picking a small weapon made of wood with a hole in the center where a string connected to a needle-like kunai was at one end where the weilder would throw this at their opponent and the other end was to just hold on to. After seeing the child’s past, it showed the sand village gaurds killed by another villages assassins except for one who delivered the message to Temari, Kankuro, and Gaara. After this message was delivered, a meeting was held but after the meeting Gaara was unable to find the child that chosed him. All that was found though was the needle-kunai weapon pointing towards a path which Gaara followed. I lost some attention here and played with my dogs for a few minutes but returned to see Naruto, Shikamaru, Ino, Chouji, Sakura, Kiba+Akamaru, Neji, and Shino were given a mission by Tsunade to find Gaara.
